Moving Parts Theatre Company was founded in 2023 on the back of Joanna Nevin and Martin South’s highly successful tour of their bold and inventive Macbeth, and combines the artistic visions of South, Nevin and Simona Hughes. In 2024, we toured our production of Much Ado About Nothing, set in 1960s Sicily, across 17 stunning outdoor heritage venues to sold out audiences. Our mission, as a touring outdoor theatre company, is to take a fresh perspective on classics, finding playful and theatrical ways to mine the material and uncover what the story is really about….
